Nija has a cumulative 20 years experience in strategic consulting, consumer and institutional marketing, and organization design.
She has served on numerous global task forces for Fortune 100 companies, chartered with reassessing firm strategy based on emerging industry trends. Nija has led the organizational transformation efforts across diverse industries, where she redefined strategic models, conducted business diagnostics, assessed the organization infrastructure requirements, and developed detailed marketing and communication plans. Within that context, she managed several merger integrations in the financial services industry.
Nija’s marketing expertise spans from consumer brand management and new product development at Coca-Cola, to retail and institutional marketing at GE Capital Corporation.
Nija has a BBA in Marketing from Emory University where she graduated 1st in her class. In 1992 she received her MBA from Harvard Business School.
